Purpose of Grants​

Town & Country Mission Society provides mission grants to congregations, coalitions, and ministries located in rural and small towns within the territory of the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

The purpose of the grants is to encourage the growth of missional vitality, holy innovations, and expanding ministries in rural areas and small towns.  

​

In order to be eligible for a grant, the applicant must be an ELCA congregation or affiliated ministry, or a coalition which includes an ELCA congregation or affiliated ministry.  

Currently Town & Country Mission Society is Growing its ​Fund!

Town & Country Mission Society has a challenge to reach an initial $50,000 before making grants available.
